XN Technologies LLC is registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number 2777. Our business operates internationally, specializing in the sale, buyback, and hosting of hardware, as well as designing specialized solutions for cryptocurrency mining and AI infrastructure.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY
Our services are not available to individuals under the age of 18. By using our website, you declare that you are of legal age and have the right to conduct transactions in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. All transactions are subject to KYC/KYB verification procedures.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The Company offers the following products and services:

• Sale of ASIC hardware (new and used);
• Sale of AI hardware (new and used);
• Buyback of used ASIC and AI hardware;
• ASIC Co-location services (hosting of hardware only if purchased from us);
• Dedicated ASIC mining farm construction;
• Hardware maintenance and optimization.

5. PAYMENTS AND TERMS

• We accept payments via cryptocurrency and bank transfer.
• Bank transfers are available only for orders over US$10,000 and require KYC/KYB verification for the first purchase.
• Orders are considered complete upon full receipt of payment.

6. SHIPPING AND IMPORT DUTIES

• Shipping depends on the product’s location and the chosen transportation method.
• Each product has a different processing time, which is indicated in its description.
• Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking local regulations.
• If a product is located in your country, import duties have already been covered, and no additional fees apply.

7. RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PURCHASED HARDWARE. This is an industry standard to prevent misuse.
• If you wish to sell your hardware, you may resell it or take advantage of our buyback service.
• New products come with a warranty as determined by the manufacturer.
• Used products come with a warranty determined by us. For more details, please refer to the specific product page.

8. ASIC CO-LOCATION TERMS

• Co-location services are available only for hardware purchased from us.
• We do not accept external hardware for hosting.
• Clients must comply with all technical and legal requirements before deploying their hardware in our facilities.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and is the property of XN Technologies LLC. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.

10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

• The Company is not responsible for losses caused by third parties, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
• Clients bear full responsibility for verifying the legality of their activities within their jurisdiction.
• All products and services are provided “AS IS” with no additional warranties beyond those specified by the manufacturer.
