We are not responsible for any additional fees or import duties that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to check and comply with your country’s import regulations. To avoid extra costs, we recommend purchasing products that are in stock within your country or territory. Products stored locally already have import duties covered, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on purchased hardware. This policy is standard in the industry to protect sellers from malicious buyers who may use the equipment for profit and then attempt to return it. However, you always have the option to resell your hardware independently or take advantage of our buyback program, where we can purchase your used equipment at a fair market price.
