How to pay with a Credit or Debit card
Follow the steps outline below so you can pay your order via Credit or Debit card. The screenshots will demonstrate what you need to do on each step. The first method is using Simplex, while the second method is using Changelly. Use the buttons below for easy navigation.
How to pay via Simplex
Step 1. Visit https://buy.simplex.com and fill in the amount needed to pay for the order and the bitcoin address you saw on the checkout page (or a different cryptocurrency address depending on what you chose during Checkout) and click “Continue”.
Step 2. Select “Credit/Debit card” payment and click “Continue”.
Step 3. Fill in your cards details, check “I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” and click “Next”.
Step 4. Fill in your billing address and click “Next”.
Step 5. Fill in your personal details and click “Pay Now”.
Step 6. You will receive a code to the email your provided in Step 6. – fill in the code in the field and press “Verify”.
Step 7. Choose the currency you want to pay in and click “Select Currency”.
Step 8. After selecting your currency, you might be asked to pass a verification via filling in personal information and uploading a photo of an identification document, such as a passport.
If everything has been filled in correctly, we will receive your payment shortly after you complete the process with Simplex. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email confirming that.
How to pay via Changelly
Step 1. Open https://changelly.com and click on “Buy”, enter the amount needed for the payment of your order in fiat or its equivalent in your BTC (or the cryptocurrency you have chosen in our Checkout page) and then click on “Buy BTC now”.
Step 2. Choose your payment method and the best offer, after which fill in the amount needed to pay for the order and the bitcoin address you saw on the checkout page (or a different cryptocurrency address depending on what you chose during Checkout) when you created your order.
Step 3. You will now be redirected to the website of the provider, in this case we have selected Banxa. The payment amount will be automatically filled in, you need to click “Create Order”.
Step 4. Enter your email address, select your country of residence, and check “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy and Cookies Policy”. Click “Submit my verification”.
Step 5. Fill in your billing information and click on “Submit my details” to pass the KYC verification process. Follow the instructions on the page, you will need to take a picture of your identity document and a selfie, then you will be asked what is the purpose of your transaction.

Step 6. Choose whether you are a US resident or not and click “Continue”.
Step 7. Choose which document you wish to upload, and then upload the required photos of it. Click on “Continue on your phone” to upload a selfie, after which click “Next”
Step 8. All of the information on this screen will be automatically filled and should match what you have entered previously. Click on “Make Payment”.
